I got the text to disappear but the little window is still there

In my office, we have been organizing our Outlook contacts by category. Now
we would like to send an email to a specific category. Do i have to go back
to step one and organize all those email addresses into distribution lists?
Or is there a way to directly link my categories ...

        I am building a small app which retrieves the Contact's details
from Outlook. I need to sort the contacts according to the Categories that
they belong to (Unfiled,Business etc). I need to know the the property by
which i can do this ( eg..for Mobile Telephone Number field, ...

Outlook data might be William and Elizabeth, but I want to send a letter to
"Dear Bill and Betty," ... where do I store "Bill and Betty" in Outook ??

I'm running Outlook 2003 SP! on an XP pro.  It's a stand-alone install
(no exhange)
I have entered new contacts, but they disappearerd.  I can't say when,
but two contacts I added yesterday are no longer in my contacts

Several questions in one.
1.  How do I move contacts from one book to the other?
*move Bob Smith from 'Contacts' to 'Family'*
       IF this can be done, can I 'copy' the contact?

If I send e-mails to a group how do I set this up so I don't have to add each
person
one at a time to each e-mail?

I want to have each member of a distribution listed as a separately in my
contacts.  Suggestions??

I want to have my address book appear in a Lastname, Firstname manner.  It
currently is a mix of both.  The contacts are all formated correctly.  

When entering a new contact, wherever I need to put in a phone number I have
to put in the (  ) and then the spaces and then the dash to get (555)
555-5555. Is there any way to set a default telephone format? Thanks!

We currently have a user who when adding formatting attributes, such as font,
font color, bold/italics/underline, and saving the Contact, upon re-opening
