I seem to recall doing this, but cannot track it down in Help.

I want send the same fax to my entire customer category. How do I do this?

The subject explains the problem quite well but here is some more info.
If I try to enter a new contact the moment I type a non ; character outlook
tries to do something and gives me a crash. The same thing happen if I try to
modify a contact or try to type in the mail address on ...

Prior to installing the new service pack, when I attached a vcard to an
e-mail, it attached as a .vcf file, now it attaches as a .msg file and the
recipients cannot open it.  I use outlook 2002.  Any suggestion to convert
them back to .vcf?

Whenever I have added Contacts, all my Contacts go into the "Contacts"

I'm running Outlook 2002 in WindowsXP.  I have more contacts in Outlook than
my cell phone can handle.  I want to filter Outlook contacts to select just
those I want to carry in my cell phone.
I have two Outlook Contact folders, the root folder containing all contacts

When I enter the phone number on my Outlook contacts the country code is
automatically coming after the local number. for ex: 050 195-8927 +966 though
I am typing it correctly it is saving the number as the above shown example.

Is there a way to change how mobile phone numbers are displayed in Contacts
for Outlook 2003?  I would like to show them as e.g. 0409999999 or
0409-999-999 rather than +61 (04) 0999-9999.  Is this possible to do, please?

I deleted Office 2k Pro and for some reason Office 2003 Pro went also. I have
no idea where my 2003 disk is, so reinstalled 2000.  However I can't find my
contacts or address books.  I can find .pst files, but can't open them.  Says
to chose a file to open them and I have no idea ...

I accidentally deleted an entire D-list from my Contacts in Outlook.  How do
I retrieve it?  it is not in my outlook deleted items folder.
