Okay, read the post from a while ago... looks like I shoudl have saved my pst files down to an older version. To remedy my problem, can I send them to a trusted friend, have them open them and re-save the pst to my version? (I guess I coudl jsut upgrade too, huh?)

I would like to avoid having to copy and paste each individual address into a label format or having to print out my contacts and retype all addresses for mailing labels. Is there a way to format them in a print style to be able to avoid this?

I'm exporting contacts from outlook to pocket outlook on my xda and it stops exporting at approx 4500 contacts. I seem to remember that there is a setting to change that allows more contacts to be exported.Can anyone help, I've changed this setting before but a long time ago.

Runninf MS Ofice 2003 and XP Pro Just finished loading up a new Dell w/ XP Pro, MS Office Pro 2003 and transfered my outlook .pst, archive.pst and other Outlook folders from my old machine to new. I also used the Office Settings wizard from old to new.

I have succesfully exported my contact files from my laptop (Windows 98, Outlook2000) to my new PC (XP, Outlook 2003) However the Master catagory list in 2003 is just the default list and does not include the many catagories that I created in Outlook 2000.
