Is there a way to change the field 'anniversary' in details to 'birthday' so

I'm using OL2003 and when clicking "To" to address an email I get a blank
contact list until I select the "Show names from the:" option and then

I am trying to print outlook contacts by catagory, and that does not seem to

Surely there is a way to bring the autofill list of contact email addresses,
which accumulated in Word as used as Outlook's email editor, from my old
computer to my new one!
An hour's look in Outlook help and a newsgroup search turns up no clue.

One of the most iritating things about Outlook is that when working with the
Distribution List item that you cannot use the wheel/scroll mouse scrolling

I'm using a VOIP line with a softphone (highly recommended BTW).  Is there
any way I can set up Outlook to use my softphone as the default dialer?  It
wants to use the modem all the time.
