I have some shared contacts and the other users are able to view them when going to there contacts tab in Outlook 2003 but when in a message they click the To tab or the Address book and they are not able to view my shared contacts. Can some one help?

Does Outlook have a security feature to keep some contacts from being shared when you synch up a hand held divice? Note: this is not an issue for the synch software, this is an outlook issue- it only has to do with outlook.
