I have an unusual problem with my Outlook and I'm hoping someone can help. When I receive a forwarded contact from someone I click on it and save and close it. The contact saves but none of the detail saves with it. Is this common?

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to import contacts from Lotus Notes? I have tried everyting... .csv, Tabular, 123 and vCard. vCard brings the cleanest data, but I only get one of my contacts, the 1st one. Please help!

A good friend needs to move her contacts from Lotus Notes to Outlook. I've tried all the export options and none of them work. Is there a way to do this without having to export every contact individually in .vcf format? Thanks.

When I was using the older version of Outlook, I could select an option whereby whenever I reply to an email, the address of the sender (and all in cc) were automatically saved to the address book. I can't find the same option in Outlook 2003. Please advise.
