I have one contact in my address book that cannot receive anything other than
Plain Text email.  Is there a way to set that contact to send plain text
only?  I keep forgetting to change the format when I hit send and she keeps
having to tell me to resend.  I just want to be able ...

I have tried numerous times to export my contacts to a file and nothing seems
to work. The system freezes when I click on the file type to export to.

When upgrading recently to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2000, I noticed that all
my nested/hierarchical contact groups now appear at the same level.
How do I change the display to show them in nested format?

When I go to select members for a new distribution list, is there a way to
display the listing in last name order? First names are not very useful, i.e.
I am looking through 25 "Bob's". I have tried to define views, etc but have
not been able to accomplish this.

does anyone know how to export the shared public contact lists? I can only
export them from the local mailbox.....what i have done is to copy all the
shared contact lists in the contact list of my mailbox, then export

I have set up my contacts in Outlook but when I try to do a e-mail with
Outlook mail. When looking for a address to send it to it states I don't have
any entries in the outlook address book.

Recently I discovered that I can not access my contacts list. When i click on
Contacts i receive the msg: Unable to display the folder. The file
....outlook.pst is in use and could not be accessed. Close any app that is
using this file and try again.

One of my users did something to her Outlook where her Contacts folder is a
subfolder in her calender folder.  If I try to drag it back to where it shoud
be I get an error message stating that the folder is unmovable(which she
should have got in the first place).  I tried ...

I used the catagory function and made a separate contact file for Wedding.  
Now I want to recombine the Wedding file with the larger Contact file.

I currently have two sets of contacts: personal and business.  In my outlook
address book I can access my personal contacts but can't access my business
contacts.  They are not listed in the drop down menu.  Any advice on how to
do this would be appreciated.  Thanks.

For some reason whenever I try to use my local contacts for addresses
to send an email I only have access to an older version of the contacts
list.  I can not find any way to be able to use the current contacts
list I think the old version is cached somewhere but can not find it.

Recently switched over to MSN from AOL.  Then using Outlook Connector allowed
myself to send/receive mail via Outlook for my MSN and Hotmail accounts.  
However, next thing I know, I see that all my address (contacts) are now on
line with MSN.  Not something I wanted to do.  

I would like to import my address list and my folder list from Comcast.net
into Outlook. They only support Outlook Express.
