I have the "Contacts" icon, but when I go to add a new folder the icon is a
folder and when I open it the information is very brief.  Can't I have more
than one contact list? Or be able to catagorize my contact lists?

When importing Excel data into Outlook Contacts, the 'home address postal
code' zip code appears with a decimal followed by 3 digits - even though the
column only offers "text" format (right click).  Formatting in Excel as
'general', 'number', 'zip' or 'zip+4' makes no difference ...

In a new memo, Outlook suggests already used name entries based on initial
characters (autosearch). However, I far as I know, the names that were ever
used as custom entry (not from addressbook) cannot be managed or removed and
stay in the list forever.

I have a custom contact sheet. I transferred it to my employees computer with
a CD, now we cant get outlook to open it!
Also the form does not show up as to a neat little contact sheet icon, ( on

Using Office 2003. In Outlook in a new email message when i click 'to' and
the contact list appears, how can i have the names listed last name first
instead of first name first? In my contacts they are listed last name first

I have been trying to enter a name in my Outlook Contacts list.  Every time I
enter the phone number a dialog opens asking how I connect to the phone line.
I am using a cable ISP, not phone lines.  However I cannot close the dialog,
no matter how many times I click cancel or try ...

I have my own mail profile in Outlook and access to 3 others. When I open a
new message and click "To:" it defaults to the GAL and my profile as it
