each Contact in Outlook to also sync with the Contacts on a PDA. Does anyone
have any idea how to do this because as present I get the Contact on my PDA

Contacts cannot be organised per category by clicking on the top bar of the
screen.  It can be organised by Name, Company etc, ...

Outlook 2003 "File As" issues19 Jun 2005 18:41 GMT8
I prefer to have contacts arranged by alpha last name, and when I create a
mail merge to print labels, the labels are printed as "last, first." IMHO,
mailings should use first last format. I have been able to manually change
