How do I set Outlook to add the address of an incoming e-mail to my address
book?

I used Outlook 2002.  If I enter a fax number for one of my contacts, as well
as an email address, when I press "Ctrl K" to check the address, Outlook
gives me the actual email address AND the fax number.
Why does it do this and HOW CAN I STOP Outlook from showing me the fax ...

I would like to send an emial to my existing contacts requesting them to
update thier profile. Does Outlook offer such a process that when I receive
their reply it automatically updates my contacts database?

I am having a problem with MSOO 2003 where as it will not let me do any
entries into the address/contact list. Below are the errors I am getting. I
have tried to delete the contacts folder but there is no delete option. I
have read thru the help but everything I try does now work ...

I used the instructions in help (ha011053931033.aspx).  When I try to copy
the file (backup file) to disc I get an error. It says an error occured do
you want to retry or cancel.  I t won't work.
How to I simply make a copy of all contacts that I can use on new computer

I'm trying to email a directory of a distribution list. The help file says to
create a new email, select the message box, then select Item in Insert menu.
There's no "Item" in insert menu. what am i missing?

I canNOT get my address book from Outlook Express 6 to my new Outlook 2003.

Outlook asked that I archived my contact.  I said yes.  OUtlook arbritarily
archived some names and not others.  How do I get my complete list and make
sute that Outlook does not archived any of my contacts.

I need to blank out the country selection of the check address dialog box, so
that it doesn't insert "United States of America" into my addresses each time
it comes up. (The country creates a duplicate contact when I hotsynch my palm
using Key Contacts.)

Some say this can't be done, but a user would like to be able to select a
contact from a proxied mailbox from the To: line in Office Outlook 2003.
The proxied contact list does not show in the list of address books. Has
anyone done this before?
