I have a user who created several Contact sub-folders which he populated with contact information; however, when he starts a new email he is unable to select any of the addresses from the TO: or CC: fields within the new e-mail item.

Imported a PAB into Outlook XP contacts. When you go to the contacts folder all the entries are listed there. However, if you create a new message and click on TO: then choose Contacts under Outlook Address Book - it is empty. Is something missing in the setup? How can I fix this?
