If I create additional Contact folders (not subfolders), what are the pros
and cons of that ? Any limitations ?

when I view my Contacts using the "Phone List" format.
I have tried using the "Field Chooser" to see if I can find a field to add
to the Header of the Phone List which would show the Distribution List ...

I'm trying to export some contacts in Outlook 2003.  The online help version
said to find the "Import and Export Wizard" under the File tab, but there's
no such thing under the File tab.  Am I missing this feature?

I'v create 2-3 sub folder inside the Contact main folder. From a mail
messages I wants to save the senders address to the sub folder by right
clicking on the senders address.

My Psion Synchronizer has accidentally deleted the CONTACT section in Outlook
2002. Does anyone know how i can retrieve them? I am using a standalone PC,

When I start to type an email recipient, it defaults to a folder that has no
email addresses in it.  I have 2 folders listed, first one is empty, the

I am constantly adding names to my datebase so I need to conduct a new merge
