Is there an easy way to change the name of a company for all contacts under
the same company without having to change each one individually?

I put a client and spouse in Outlook in the contact.  I want to put both

Why is it so difficult to display the full email address, instead of a
possible fictitious "nickname", in Outlook 2003?

i set up the new user fields with formulas and each time i open the contacts
the user field keep changing and loose the formulas.

I'm using Outlook 2003. When I try to set up rules to filter email from
external contacts to local folders in the rules dialogue box only my
local contacts appear. I've been told it's something to with
permissions. Anyone have an idea?

My contact files are organized in several folders.
One of those folders has disappeared from the list on the left.
I can find a file from that folder by running an "advanced search",
but I can`t address them in any other way.

I would like to be able to search by Phone Number
Look for: (Phone Number) Search in: Contacts
and the result will show the Ownwer/Contact of that Number
