Outlook is changing the "From" address on its own30 Jun 2005 01:37 GMT1
When I send an email to a specific address, Outlook will ALWAYS change the
account that it uses to send the mail. It only does this with specific
addresses.
Also, when I go to send the message, it will add to the number of processes

My Contacts is no longer an option from the drop list of my address book. The
Global Address list is there along with the standard groups and lists. All my
contacts are still part of Outlook but not present when i want to send a
mail, Anyone got any ideas?

I currently use sbs2003 and outlook 2003. All information is stored on the
exchange server store. When I view contacts all contact information in
outlook is correct. But when I try to create a new mail message it uses the
wrong contacts. I set the properties to use my contacts ...

In my contacts list I would really like to group my contacts by project.  Is
there a way to do this.  I don't want to do this to email them all
simultaneously, but to be able to identify a list of people by project.

A user has asked my help. She can view her Inbox, Calendar, Tasks, etc. with
her Outlook 2000 client. However, she cannot view the Contacts folder. No
errors are displayed. Only a sentence: "Cannot display the content"

I have one user who created sub-folders under her Contacts and sorted all of
her contacts into the appropriate category.  However, now her Admin
Assistant (who is a Delegate with Publishing Editor rights) cannot access
any subfolders.  The top-level folder is still visible, and

we are using good technologies which, despite the fear of sounding stupid, is
good, but it only allows you the access of your contacts from exchange.
everyone adds contacts at work and we share them, but is there a way to
syncroize them so that each night or right after a new one ...

I have been using Outlook for many years, but I just realized that nobody
else's messages from Outlook show the "To: " address like mine do. Anytime I
use an e-mail address from my Contacts, the name is shown with " (E-mail) "

person so she can send this group an email (I haven't tried to do a
distribtion list because Outlook won't let me do that from a category). What
would be the best way to do that?
