If I send a message to a contact from right clicking the contact > new message to contact and that contact has more than one email address, the new message is created with all addresses in the "To:" field. Is there a way to only send to the primary e-mail address?

i'm a new user to outlook 2000 in the office, while writing a new message and select names from contact list, realised that there's a bracket with E-mail i.e. (E-mail) appearing on the right hand side of the all the names, why is it so ?

I added a new menu to the top of my outlook screen. I was wondering if there was any way that I could add my contacts to this (each separately) so that when I click on the menu I get a drop-down list of my contacts. Is there any way to do this?

Running Outlook 2000 connecting to Exchange 2003 server. When adding in a contact sensitivity is normal and then after about 20 seconds sensitivity is set private. Causes problem when someone tries to see contacts, private contacts are not displayed.

I have duplicate Personal Folders showing up in Outlook. Anything I change on one, is automatically changed on the other. I can't delete either because they both show as being in active use. Also, if I delete one I may also delete the other. This also impacts (screws up) my ...

Outlook used to automatically enter parentheses and dashes in phone numbers when I added a number to a contact. Now it doesn't do that. Why not?

when I open a new contact (Ctrl N) there is already information from a previous contact already in the form. It is the same information on every form. Is there a way to remove this duplication?
