I have an email that has 35 email recipients listed in the CC field. I want to add all of these to my outlook contacts - a seemingly trivial task - without having to hit each one and do the "Add to Outlook Contacts". Is there a FREE utlity to do this efficiently?

One of our users contacts aren't showing up when he checks his address book, but when you click the contacts folder, they're all there. How do we get them to show up in the address book? Thanks!

Phone numbers in Portugal don't have regional codes. All numbers (from all companies including mobiles) have 9 digits. If you dial from abroad you simply add the contry code. The number format should be +351 123456789. Outlook assumes the first digits to be regional codes and ...

Exhange2003/Outlook 2003 I have a distrubution list under public folder. How do I prevent that all list members are not shown on the "TO" field. It shows only the name of the list, but after I send the message the sytem expands the list. This works

An older version of Outlook would autoformat telephone numbers in Contacts as you enter it. In other words, I could just enter all the numbers and it would autoformat to parenthesis around the area code and separate the last four numbers by a dash.
