I have copied all of my files from my old computer onto a CD. I've installed
Office XP onto my new computer. I want to import my old outlook contacts into

1. is it possible to specify a folder other than 'contacts' where .vcf files
are saved in?

The memo-style listing of Outlook Contacts has the USER NAME as a bold
heading for every entry.  This is worthless.  You don't need (or want) your

We have just transfered a lot of contacts to an exchange public folder. Each
user are now able to add this folder to their Outlook Address Book lists. So
far doing this by right clicking the folder and selecting it for an Outlook
Address Book.

I have noticed that when I add a member from our directory service
(ldap) to a distribution list, it is not considered a "contact".  What
is the reason for this?  I want to understand the difference between a
personal "contact" and a member from a directory service such as ldap.

WHEN SENDING AN EMAIL TO A DISTRIBUTION LIST WE WANT THE RECIPIENTS TO ONLY

When I try to forward emails that have pics, the pics do not get received at
