How do I get all my contacts from Outlook 2000 to transfer or convert to
Outlook 03? All my Word, Power Point, etc. documents upgraded.

I just downloaded the trial version of outlook express.  My file menu won't
let me add new contact or import my contact list.  Please adivse

I want to import my mail and addresses from Netscape 7.1 to Outlook 2000.  
Outlook 2000 only gives up to Netscape 4.0 as a place to import from.  Is
there something I can do to import from Netscape 7.1?  Thx.

I've got Outlook2003 and use it with Microsoft Exchange. One of my
clients keeps messing up the contact form, i created. For example it
opens the contact with the standart form, or doesn't open it at all, or
opens the old contact with the correct form, but doesn't work with new

When my info was imported into Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2002, it created

When I merge Contacts into a letter in Word, sometimes there is a blank line
inserted between the street address and the city,state.  I have tried the
delete/shift enter trick that deletes extra lines in signatures to no avail.  
The extra line appears frequently in 4 lines ...

A user is having problems sharing a D-List with others.  We are on different

I have a user who is trying to send an email to a group who is on her list.
It has 26 seperate emails, question how can we edit this list so that she can
