I renamed a contact folder (by simply clicking on the name and retyping) and
now Outlook cannot access the folder.
I have about 300 names in that folder and really don't want to loose them.  
Any help out there?

We have many secretaries who access and maintain their boss' contacts.  What
they would like to do, is to select objects from their boss' contacts when
addressing e-mails.   Click TO and select their boss' contact for
addressing.

Does outlook '97 allow distribution lists to be setup in Contacts vs Personal
Address Book?  I can't get it to happen.  I have to open up 2 or 3 windows to
get the name to send to.

I am trying to figure out how to format my phone numbers in my address book,
so I can read them easier.  Right now, the numbers look like 9995551212. I

When creating a new appointment I have an unwanted entry in the drop down
list of Locations. I want to get rid of it from this list but there seems to
be no way of deleting it. Is there a way to clear the entry?

In Outlook can you drag the contact and their phone number into the tasks

I wish to add to my contacts list 'John Spencer Churchill'.
The default for full name order is: 'firstname (middlename) lastname'.
(This isn't suitable for me, in this particular case, because of mobile

I've exported an address book and mails from MS Outlook 2000 to a cd and
transfered the file onto a new pc.  The old PC is now dead.  When I try to
import to outlook express it won't allow me to - the format is not listed in
the import wizard.  It's in .pst format.

I have set up a group of contacts.  When I try to send the email out it comes
back saying the email is undeliverable.  The email doesn't go out because the
550 relay keeps denying it.  Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm Trying to import my old contact list from my old computer which is saved
on a cd under filename: backup.pst. When I try to import it into Outlook on
