I am trying to import contacts from a file. File/import/export is grayed out.

What do i do when
"Show this folder as the email address book" but the box and check mark is

When you select an address from the Address Book, it shows on the e-mail
header with BOTH the name and then, in parentheses, the actual e-mail
address.  How can I eliminate the stuff in parentheses, leaving just the name
on display?

Is it possible to remove the area code field automatically included in the
phone number field when creating a new contact?  Mobile/cell  numbers are
displayed incorrectly and show the first two numbers as part of the area

Why are the pictures associated with my contacts discarded when I export them
as a vCard? The contacts sent from my mobile phone to the computer has the
pictures attached coded in base64, but when I import these contacts to
Outlook my picture gets discarded. The same happends ...

When I send an attachment to a distribution list they do not get the
