I've been using OE as my email reader but want to start using Outlook (XP) instead. How can I copy all of my inbox (including subfolders) from OE to Outlook? Thanks.

I have a huge distribution list. Unfortunatelly I cannot send one e-mail to all the people ( about 350) in this distribution list. I was wondering if there was a way to transfer the info from the distr. list

When I try to create a distribution list, I click on 'add members' and it brings up my contacts in alphabetical order by FIRST name. How can I bring up that list by LAST name. (My contacts ARE filed correctly)???

I may have pressed the wrong key while trying to learn how to synchronize my handheld. Now, I cannot retrieve my .pst data which has my names and addresses. I cannot open any of those data files. I have tried the google suggestions

When I double click on a contact, a very small window of the contact pops up. How can I see the whole contact when I double click on it? I then have to click on the corner of the contact to open it open to a larger size. How can I set this so the contact will open up completely ...

By mistake I clicked No when it asked "Allow Access For x Mins?". How do you reverse that. Now sharepoint import freezes, doesn't popup the Allow Access window again.

Hello OL Gurus! I have a two-part question about OL 2003 I have never really used the Journal function of Outlook. I've always liked to have the main contact screen up when I have a conversations with a client.
