Every year, I get a .pdf file of about 1600 entries that I have been transfering to Outlook Contacts one at a time by copying the .pdf record and pasting it into the Notes box on Outlook. Then I cut and paste the data from the .pdf record in into the "Notes"

I need this to happen: When I have a Public Contact open and I make a journal entry into it, or any activity that creates a journal entry, I want it to hit our Public Journal and not my Personal Journal.

We (15 clients) have Exchange 2000 and have Outlook 2003. We would like to use the functionality of Business Contact Manager 2003. Does anybody know if this is possible? if not, is there anything that could be used in substitute?

I am having a problem detering how to send contact data in detail format rather than V card in Outlook 2003. I used to be able to select deatil ( data) or V card format when attaching, but now the detail option is grayed out. Can this be reset?

I work for a 10,000+ employee company that uses Exchange and Outlook 2003. In a month, we'll be switching to Outlook for our calendaring program. I would like to use some of the Contact Management features of Outlook including Journals to keep track of my internal networking.

Can someone please help. I've be trying without success to move my PST files from one PC to another but without success. I've managed to save and get the "INBOX" onto the new PC but I am unable to get the Sent Items, or the Address Book over to the new PC.
