if i set someone up as blocked, do they get an automated response saying that
the email was rejected?  How will they know that the email was blocked?

Casn someone help - how to save incoming messages to a contact file

Does anyone know what the drag ID of an Outlook contact is? I've
managed to make an app that will allow me to drag an Outlook Express
contact (WAB?) to it. The same code doesn't work with Outlook 2000
contacts, however.

I want to import an email list into a folder in outlook and create a
distribution list.
Now I have done everything exactly as shown in this link,

I get an error message that says the address book can not contain more than
1000 contacts.  I have more that I need to load.

Have just moved Outlook files form a PC to a notebook. Everything works
except when I write a new mail it doesn't find my contacts. When I click on
To: i get an error message and then the Select Names dialogue. From the Show
Name from the: drop down I get a list in which there ...

i would like to know how to check if my contacts in my address book are

Is it possible to modify or add entries to the Phone Numbers drop down list.
For example, I would like to change all the occurrences of Mobile to Cell.
This is not a big deal but just i am curious if it could be done.
On the 'ALL Field' tab I selected 'Phone number fields' and ...

When you click on any emails, it shows "There was an error opening this
message. An error has occurred." I am also unable to reply to any emails;
shows above message.

How can I get the Company to be under File as not name. With out going
through each and change. Can it be set to default.

I had my contacts installed in the Outlook and everything was working
fine.Then i installed an Exchange account and tried to use the shared
contacts service.By that time i "lost" my previous contacts.Is there some
hint-clue-help so that i can retrieve

I would like to export several phone fields and the "File as" field.  Smith
Micro's interface program for my wife's phone does import the field, but I
cannot find the field anywhere in the export wizard.  It must be available -
perhaps via programming at the VBA level?

Is there any way that I can set up when entering a phone number for a new
contact (or editing current contact info.)?

Whenever I manually type a new e-mail address in Outlook's send line, somehow
that e-mail address is being added to my Contacts.  This has only recently
started to occur.  Why is this happening, and how can I stop it?
