Is there an easy way to delete duplicate contacts in Outlook? I have approximately 200 duplicates that I'd like to resolve. Under tools, options, contact options I have "check for duplicates" block checked, but I find no way to easily delete them. Thanks.

My contacts are displayed as last name, first name. Using Word as an e-mail editor and clicking the "to" box, the contacts are displayed by first name follwed by last name.

I have several users who try to send a new mail message and when they try to use their Contacts List in the "Show Names from" list and attempt to scroll or find by name, Outlook hangs then crashes. There is no error message box or error in the System or Application logs.
