I've figured out how to program autocorrect to complete repetitive city, state ZIP, only it doesn't work in the outlook address field. It does work below in the general info window. The completed address can then be dragged and dropped into the address field.

I have install Office 2003 Pro and SP1 over previous version (97?). Now when I create a new contact entry, eg., "John Doe", it stores "John" as the last name and "Doe" as the First name. I have to go into the FullName button to reverse them so I can file the name as "Doe, John" ...
