I went into a contact in outlook and created the look I needed through the design view option. It worked great, but only for that one contact. How can I use this for all contacts, without having to redesign each one?

When attempting to import my Excel data base into my contacts folders the screen that use to allow me to select the folder I want to upload it to only has archived folders available. Does anyone know what I should do to change this? I can't seem to find an answer.

I've been given owner permissions on a co-worker contact folder. I need to create subfolders within his main folder and can't seem to. Also, not all contacts in his mail folder are showing up on my computer? Any suggestions?

I am new to outlook I use a lot of distribution list. When I delete a name and email from my contacts it does not delete out of the distribution list. How do I keep my list updated.

In Outlook 2002 I have deleted some duplicates in my address book. However, when I do a name lookup on the main menu I still show duplicates. Is there a way to get rid of them? Thank you for your help.

My contacts in Outlook are in CATEGORIES - I am trying to find a way to save (for exporting to Excel) specific category (or cateogries) Is there a simple way to do this? If I hilight the list within the category, Outlook saves all contacts, not the specific ones highlighted.
