How can I get Outlook 2003 to export street addresses correctly so that
multiple lines are put into separate fields?

I can't get the Import and Export to open in Outlook 2003.  I want to

How dou automatically sync public folder contacts with your contacts in

Over time I created a few contact lists in Outlook.
These have subsequently been deleted when new lists were created.
Now, when using Email & searching for recipients the names of the previously
deleted contact lists are displayed.

When using contacts for addresses in Word Envelopes, the order always appears
with full name eg. Mr. B. Bloggs although in outlook the display is set in
surname order which makes finding a name easy.
