When I go to send email and click on the TO button, my contacts show multiple entries for the same person. If I delete the contacts fax number, I see only 1 entry. How can I keep all the information of the contact and still one see one entry ??

Outlook has started automatically adding an area code to phone nos. entered in Contacts without the code. How do I turn this off or change the default area code it enters?

I am new to using Microsoft Outlook for contacts and calendar. Before using it, I have used Top Producer, which allowed me to synch with other computers. I have no idea how to do that with Outlook. Any info would be great. Thanks,

I'm trying to back up my Outlook 2003 contact list but I can't find the file. The Help file tells me there is no longer a Personal Address Book--just a Contacts list. But I can't find it to back it up. Where do I look for it?

I have approx 200 email addresses. I need to send a form letter to each address, but within the form letter I need to have a unique username and passord for each recipient. Is there a way to do an email merge with Outlook 2000? How can I find out about this? If

When I enter a new contact into my Outlook contacts, I'd like if it were automatically dated (like the "created on" field that files have). It would also be nice if Outlook had an "last opened on" marker for contacts which could then be used as a "sort by" option.

I am on a stand-alone version of Outlook 2003. When I delete a contact from my Contacts folder, it does not delete the person from my distrubution lists. How can this be done automatically? In the same turn, if I change an email address in Contacts, it won't update

How do you sort the address book alphabetically, LN, FN for lookup when creating a new email? When I click on "TO" the contact list comes up FN LN.

When trying to delete an individual email from a distribution list a staff member used the X instead of Remove. The entire Distribution List was deleted. How can it be recovered.
