Why does the contacts list change my first and last names against my design.
I enter "Smith, John" for "Display as" and "John Smith" as the "Name". All of
a sudden, the names are filed in reverse, and when I look for "Smith" under
"S", I find it under "J" as John Smith. This ...

Outlook should be able to print adress labels directly06 Jul 2005 21:40 GMT1
When you want to print adress labels for snail mail, which some of us still
use a lot, you have to import the data fra Outlook into Word. Why can't
Outlook print labels directly - by using a simple form containing name,
adress and label size?

contact autocomplete is poorly designed06 Jul 2005 13:24 GMT5
2003 is nice improvement.  Thankyou.  But when one enters just one wrong
letter in a contact's name, Outlook can't even make a suggestion from the
contacts database.  Any search engine of the web can do better, much less
suggest a correction of the spelling.

Sometimes, some of us just need to address an envelope for snail mail.  Does
