I upgraded to Office 2003. When I type the last name of a Contact in the e-mail address line, most often Outlook will not recognize the name. Why?

When you want to print adress labels for snail mail, which some of us still use a lot, you have to import the data fra Outlook into Word. Why can't Outlook print labels directly - by using a simple form containing name, adress and label size?

I have browsed the numerous threads on this topic... I have fields in columns, and contact records in rows. My first row contains the field names. The data for each field has been named using the same names as in Row 1.

I am using Outlook 2002 for XP. My boss has all of his contacts under his sign in and I need to transfer them all to my sign in. Otherwise I will have to manually enter EVERY CONTACT in his MS Outlook to mine.

How can I create/modifiy the custom fields in Outlook 2k3? I have a cvs file and it has some un-used fields that outlook doesn't have. I tried modifing the form and got it to look the way I want it with my custom fields but durning the import it has just the standard map fields.

2003 is nice improvement. Thankyou. But when one enters just one wrong letter in a contact's name, Outlook can't even make a suggestion from the contacts database. Any search engine of the web can do better, much less suggest a correction of the spelling.

I'm running Outlook2002, synchronize with my Palm M505 and Nokia6630. Unfortunately, when I change or enter a telephone number in Outlook like: +41 555 1212 it drops the plus sign right away. I really need the plus sign for dialing calls on my mobile phone abroad and at home.
