Outlook 2003 - went to Advanced Email options and box checked to suggest, but it does not when entering names into the To:, CC: or bcc: fields.

I recently installed Outlook 2003 and restored my emails and contacts, but now the Contacts folder is hidden, i can view it only from Go -> Contacts. I dont want them hidden, how can i turn them back on showing? Thank you

My old computer crashed with all my contacts. My father-in-law removed the hard-drive and managed to retrieve my contacts and has emailed them to me. I would like to save them in my contacts on my new computer but can't open the file on my new computer.
