I was wondering is it possible to have a customised view for the contacts
folder in each persons mailbox that can be applied company wide, like how you
would publish a new form to be available to all users.

Platform is Outlook 2003 running on WinXP/SP2 on an office network and in an
Exchange environment. When I enter a name in any address field that is in
the Contacts folder rather than the company email directory, Outlook can't
decide if it should use the Business Fax # or the email ...

Outlook 2003 - went to Advanced Email options and box checked to suggest, but
it does not when entering names into the To:, CC: or bcc: fields.

I recently reorganized my address folders under the contacts.  What I
did was this:
a) Created several new folders

I recently installed Outlook 2003 and restored my emails and contacts, but
now the Contacts folder is hidden, i can view it only from Go -> Contacts.
I dont want them hidden, how can i turn them back on showing?

I have several customers (mostly law firms) and they all want the same
thing:
1 Public folders contacts for all in the office to use.
   no big deal, except I need it to be no more than 2 mouse clicks to

My old computer crashed with all my contacts.  My father-in-law removed the
hard-drive and managed to retrieve my contacts and has emailed them to me.  I
would like to save them in my contacts on my new computer but can't open the
file on my new computer.
