I hav a clients computer that has multiple archive folders with multiple contact folders. she wants to have all the contacts in one folder. I have tried to drag but I can't seem to merge the contacts into one folder

I don't know if this has been fixed in later versions, but in Outlook 2000 when looking up an email address, what the address book displays is the name of the contact followed by (email / email 2 / email 3) depending on how many email addresses have been set up for the contact.

I'm utilizing Outlook 2003 and when I compose a message and click "To", I get a message that states "the address list can not be displayed. The contacts folder associated with this address could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted or you do not have permissions."

How can I see the properties of incoming e-mail (addresses, etc.) in Outlook like I was able to do in Outlook Express? I'm trying to see what address a co-recipient's mail was sent to. Thanks.
