I have a client (law firm) where two users want to share contacts. On the surface, this would seem like a simple process but these are lawyers, so nothing is simple. What they would like to be able to do is: 1) Share a common contact list

If it's there somewhere I sure don't see it so is there a way to force all email sent to certain contacts to be encrypted? I can of course set all email to be encrypted which then fails when I don't have the cert for that user, pain in the .... I can of course select to encrypt when ...

Outlook 2003. I am connected to a server that now has Exchange Server 2003 running. When I display the "Folders List" in Outlook, the public folders show. In particular a contacts folder called "Good News Contacts" shows. Now my questions:

I have just created a large Outlook 2000 Contacts file to be used as an address book printed in Card Style. I would like to be able to print individual pages as names/addresses change...not the whole 25+ pages. I just can't figure out how to do this..or is it possible?

I am using Outlook 2003 and am trying to export my Contacts and their related Journal items into an Access 2003 database. When I create a Journal Entry in Outlook, I can see the related contact that the Journal entry pertains to at the bottom of the Journal Entry form.

Outlook is creating duplicate entries in COntacts, presumably from incoming email messages from regular crrespondents. I cannot locate the option to stop this happening automatically
