I invite subcontract quote by fax and routinely need to modify distribution lists. I wish to retain the original list. Is it possible to make a duplicate copy, change the name, and then modify the list?

In OL 2000 I was able to right click the email address on an incoming message and add the address to my Personal Address Book. Has this feature been taken away in OL 2003? I see add to contacts, but I don't want them as a contact.
