In many countries the international Standard for the Country name on an
address label is upper case. Is there a way of changing the country list in
OUTLOOK? Also can this list be edited in terms of content? (ie changing the
name of a country).

Calendar and Personal Folders to a CD, and it took days to figure that out.  
It was the only way I knew.  I think the CD is read only.  Can I get my LIFE

I save a picture for the person in the individual contact file, but later,
when I go into the contact, the picture will be gone.??

Wondering if anyone knows how to save a vCard sent to a user to their
Personal Address Book.

All my contacts in Outlook 2000 are sorted last name, first name. How do I
re-sort all of my contacts in one go to first name last name without changing
each one individually.

My co-worker wants me to have access to one of her distrubtion lists in
Outlook 2002 (on a Win 2K network) which contains e-mail addresses for
outside contacts that both of us use. It's not one of the company-wide

I have given full delagate rights to my contacts another user. However that
user cannot see my custom catagories or use my catagories when editing or
