It shows name, than email addresses, I used to be able to use this for
addressing an envelope.  Is there a way to fix this?

I installed office xp and now the contacts from outlook will not show up in
word, tools envelops.  They did before.

i would like to be able to permanenlty view the company name in my Address
Book list.  i can get them to appear, but then if i click elsewhere on the
screen, or close the Address Book and open it later, the Company column is
blank. Aargh!

Does anyone know if Outlook 2000 has the smart key feature of finishing my
contact names when I begin typing them.  It's really a pain to have to go
into my contact address book and locate the person I'm trying to email.  I am
not sure if OUtlook 2000 had this autocomplete ...

my problem is I cannot open my outlook.pst file which was generated when I
lost all my contacts and calender. I did not create this outlook.pst file.

I have my OE 'Contacts' organized in subfolders according to various
categories (family, work associates, neighbors, ...). I have hundreds of
contacts and organizing under folders helps me to manage them all. I can

when I create an address list , and add names and e.mails, I get a prompt
that I have reached the limit of 120 entries.
Is there a location in exchange where you limit the number of entries in an
address list?

If I do not find a contact if I do not recall his name, by
using keywords instead of the name?
