I am updating a contacts folder for somebody who has been working on another copy, of the same folder, deleting duplicate entries. Can the older version be overwritten or does this process have to be done manually? (about 5000 contacts, so it would be a long job!)

When viewing the any contact by sorting by all or by letter, the business for the contact does not show up unless you click the contact. It would be more productive to view at a glance. ----------------

I have a special contact folder that I want to share with the rest of my office. I tried adding it to the "Public" folder list but could not. It says I don't have permission yet I am the administrator.

I´ve just installed Exchange on our SBS 2003. Problem: Exchange downloads every mail from our webhotel server (POP), which is now empty. Therefore I can't check my new mails from home. Is there a way to setup Exchange to leave a copy in webhotel?

I have exchange server 2003 (as part of SBS 2003), at one of my customers. All users except one can have the public address book shown as an email address list except one. When (as the user with the problem) i right click on the particular address

I can see different address books with all the goods when composing an email by click on the To: field and using the dropdown "Show Names from the". But only half of those address books show up in the naviagaion pane of Contacts. Thanks for the help!

I am currently using outlook 2003. Everytime i want to forward a mail to a particular person in my contacts(which contains thousands of records), i would click "Forward"->click "To"->Advanced->Find then type in the name of person i want to forward to.

When I go to edit a distribution list that has approx. 75-100 addresses on it, I get a message that says "Can't open this item. There is not enough memory available on the Microsoft Exchange Server computer. Contact your system administrator.

In Outlook XP, I cannot delete a contact. When I attempt to delete a contact it duplicates instead. bb
