I want to be able to use a category of contacts for another department, but I
want to be able to have each dept. keep notes separate from each other.  I

We are using Office 2002 and we need to turn-off the automatic name check in
Outlook.  I have unchecked the advance option to automatically check names,
but it still checks the receipient against the address book.
Is there something I'm missing?

where do the autofill values that are used in a new message come from?  I
know it's not coming from my contacts list, as the particular incident I am
thinking of is not using the "display name" that is entered in that contact.

I have been trying to enable the auto complete function in Outlook 2003.  I
have applied the solution suggested at MS online and the function is turned
on.
Also,  I have reinstalled the program and Service Pack for Office 2003.

When I open Outlook 2003 and go to the contacts folder it defaults to
"Contacts" .  I also have a "Contacts in Personal Folders."  Is there a way
to have the opening default folder be "Contacts in Personal Folders?"
instead of  "Contacts" as the default?
