I had my laptop stolen several months ago.  Luckily (I thought) I had saved
an archive file of the contacts on a memory stick.
I have tried various approaches but cannot work out how to get the contacts
in the Archive file back into Outlook.

Example: Suppose I want to create a contact folder full of companies and
then seperate by capabilities (machinist, doctors,ect).  How would I do
something like this?  Similar to how folders stack in microsoft

i once found a setting that made outlook auto save an address in my address
book every time i replied to a new person. I've now got new computer and
can't find the setting anymore ... please help me as just a little frustrated

This may be a simple question but is there a way to change the default
address book in Outlook 2000 SP3?  If there is, I'm having a heckuva time
finding it.  We are a POP3 environment.

I've been working on this for days and it's really getting to be irritating.
My mom has a new laptop and doesn't know how to do anything on the computer
so she wanted me to import her contacts, a very very long list, from her pc
to her new laptop.

I have a user that logs on to two different computers.  One has Outlook 2003
and the other has 2002.  When she logs into 2003 she has her address books
but when she logs into the 2002 machine she has nothing.  
How can we fix this so that her address book shows up in both places?  ...

Is there a setting to avoid automatic capitalization of first words, words
after periods, etc in Outlook contacts folder fields? I'd prefer not to turn
off this feature for the rest of office, but it's annoying in things like
email addresses!
