How do I add contact lists to the 'select names' window?31 Aug 2005 14:26 GMT1
When addressing an email, clicking "To:" or "CC:" opens a "Select Names"
window.  The "Show Names From The:" field only allows access to "Contacts"
and "Outlook Address Book".  I have several other contact lists in Outlook.  
How do I make them accessible from the "Select Names" ...

I want to make sub lists from an existing distribution list.   Is there a way
to "cut and paste" to the new lists?   Any other methods/techniques available?

When I click on the address book icon in outlook to select an adressee, there
are none there.  Yet, if I open my contacts folder all the adressees are
there.  How do I soleve this problem?  I have tried to import a .pst file
from another compputer but it doesn't find its way to ...

When looking at my contacts I see them stored with last/first name or as
first/last name.
I would like to convert them all at once so they can be read last/first name.

I have a machine that when you click on the To: button, Outlook address book
is selected by default and not Contacts.
Therefore autofill does not work as it should when composing an email.

I've been having problems with contacts and my address book.  I have followed
advice here and been able to access Contacts, but if I try to use a Contact
address to send an email, it doesn't send.  I get the following message:

I have a public folder on Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003 for shared contacts.
When I click on the contacts tab, it only shows my personal contacts folder
in the list of address/contacts. The address book shows fine if I do a new
email and choose the 'To' field.

I have outlook 2003 which is different than my previous outlook where I could
create new contact and when that window is open save in a particular
category.  How do I do that with Outlook 2003.  I cannot find the category
button in the contact window?>??????
