I work with Outlook 2003.  When I do a new e-mail, I click th To button and
go to my contact.  I found 2 same name.  One with e-mail adress and the
other with fax number.
How do not show the fax number ?

this morning it was saving mail.. now no sent mail is appearing in the sent
box.. I've checked tools and options.. it is checked to save sent messages..
any advice please??!!

After entering numerous addresses in a distribution list in an address book,
I wanted to delete one entry.  Instead of deleting just that entry, however,
the entire distribution list was deleted.

I have a user who has successfully added a new contact that we can see in his
contact list.  But when he creates a new email, selects the "To:" button,
chooses contacts, he does not see the contact he just created. he sees all
other contacts but not the new one.  I've searched ...

I work with two Pat's and they are from different businesses.
I am constantly sending the wrong Pat my emails.
I make changes in my addresss file, but as soon as Pat sends an email to me,
moves into priority and bumps what i had created.

When I export contacts to excel, in the email column I get the email
addresses plus a repeat prefixed by SMPT. How do I avoid this?
