I have different groups that I want my contacts to go into.  But, when I add
a contact, the contact goes into all of the groups.  Does anyone know how I
can stop this?

When I open a contact folder, I need to highlite a contact before beginning a
search. I would like to begin my search immediately upon entering a contact
folder.

We recently moved our Email from Group Wise to Outlook, and we lost the
ability to share our distribution list.
How do we do this???

How do I add contacts received from an emailed distribution list to my
Contacts?
I have received a distribution list but cannot export and import.  When I
double click there is a message that the underlying data cannot be found.

All of my OUTLOOK EXPRESS email addresses are now in my CONTACTS.  I have no
OUTLOOK Email Address list.   How do I fix this.   Something went nuts when I

Need suggestions on the best way/approach on how to do this:
We have a shared contact folder with over 400 VARIOUS contacts. It's a mess.
We now have an urgent need to send an EMAIL to about half of those contacts.

The records are in alfa-numeric sequence. It is as if there is a setting or
limitation.

When viewing contacts in our public folders, the address or other fields are
visible in the the current view. When I actually open up a contact - some
fields, like the address, dissapears. I have to click on the address field,
from a dropdown menu, and select the right ...

When i use import in Outlook (from an Excel program) it gets to the last step
and the forward arrow is light so I cannot proceed.  There is no further
information.  My excel program consists of two columns (name and email
address) and I gave it a range name.

When attempting to import or export contact data between Outlook 2003
installed on my desktop and Excel, the default personal folders contained in
outlook.pst are not shown in the list of folders I can import to or export
