I have the need to clear the three Yomi fields from 100s of contacts I have (Yomi First, Yomi Last and Yomi Company). Looks like I'll have to use some kind of script (or edit them each one by one... wichi is super painful)

When I uploaded my contact list into my other computer all my contacts were checked as Private. How can I uncheck all contacts without having to select each contact remove check and save, then go to the next contact?

I need to copy contacts in 2003 outlook and install into another PC. When boss tries to import contacts into her outlook, it shows up as a read only excel spread. What is this troubled pc user doing wrong? Help before I am fired. Danielle

When I send a message to a person from my contact list the message always bounces. However, if I type there e-mail address it is sent without a problem. Have I got something set-up wroung in my contacts list.

Ok here's a challenge for the masters of the board. I recently got an 06 Lexus GS300 and it syncs names beautifully, but the phone numbers come through to the car as vertical bars...... I posted to clublexus board and the answer was interesting....the car doesn't like parentheses ...

In OL2000, I am exporting a contact folder as a CSV (Windows) file export. When I get to the map custom fields dialog, the NAME field wants to export as LastName, FirstName. Of course that's not what I need, and I can't figure out where OL is getting its marching orders to do it ...

I'd like to add family members and birthdays to a single contact record. I would also like the birthdays to come up in the calendar. I would rather not have to make seoperate contacts for each person. is this possible?

I have tried adding contacts to my address book. Once I hit 47 it ignores all others. I have the latest updates from MS. My brother has the same version, yet he has hundreds of contacts. We're both running XP Home on Dell P4's. Anybody out there help me?

Does anyone have any ideas why it is that some of my Contacts entries either don't show up at all in the Address Book that appears for e-mails, or revert to old information (eg old e-mail address) which I've actually deleted/replaced in the Contact itself? If you see what I mean! ...
