When I am sending an email and I go to select a "To", I pull down the box
"Show names from" and there are four listings for Contacts. Two of the
Contacts have names from my Contact folder and two have no names. Some of my

Outlook does not allow you to open an exe attachment saying it may contain a
virus. I cannot find how to switch this off. I have a very adequate virus
checker and am quite aware of what I am doing. How can this 'nanny' control
be got rid of?

My contacts folder used to be very populated, now it is empty.

The Contacts folder generates an extra entry for each person listed by a
company name.  It appears to pull the name from the contact entry and then
creates a new entry with just the person's name and telephone number.  How do
