I wish to remove the big button labeled 'Add contact picture' from the toolbar inside Outlook's contact edit window. I don't want to post contact photos in Outlook. The huge button takes up a lot of room, right in the middle of the window.

I have assigned a custom category to about 500 Contacts in Outlook 2003. I now want to delete the category designation, so that each Contact will then have a category of "none". How can I accomplish this? I will appreciate advice.

Using Outlook 2000 I can import e-mail messages from Outlook Express using the import button but it does not import the addresses from the address book in Outlook Express into Contacts, nor the distribution lists.

Problem with both OL2K and OL03 on WXP Pro. Ever since I changed from external to internal modem some years ago, I have not heard the dialing sounds - which is confusing. Other than that, it works well. and I often start phonecalls that way.
