1.  I am changing email servers.  I use outlook express.  Using outlook
express, how do i import the contact addresses from one account to another?

I would like to customize my phone number fields in Contacts for specific

When I create a new contact form as soon as I go to the "design this form"
the picture area that is in the default contact form is not in the design
form.  Why is that and is there a way to get that picture back in a new form?

When I go to address a message, the contacts in the  address window are
sorted by first name.  I tried to go to  Tools>options >contact options to no
avail.  All names continue to be by first name.  Can anyone help??
