I have my contacts divided into categories and need to do a distribution list
but there are no entries in my Ourlook Address Book. How can this be? I
thought all contacts were aotomatically saved there.

When I begin a new email, I get an error message in Outlook 2003 that says
"The address list could not be displayed.  The Contacts folder associated
with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or
deleted, or you do not have permissions...."

I'm trying to set up a bulk e-mail to a select group of people that I have
assigned to a specific category.  Without having to create a separate
distribution list, is there a way Outlook can allow me to send an e-mail
based off of my category list?

The suggested names list has old email addresses that are incorrect.  I have
removed them from my contacts however they still appear.  Where are they
stored and how do you edit them.

I am trying to set up a new contact list for a project, but I cant seem to
figure out how to start a new contact list or make a folder specifically for

We merged 2 companies together. I have been given a pst file that contains
all the contacts from one of the companies. Is it possible to somehow import
that pst file (contacts) into the current GAL? If so how? I have searched and
searched for info and now I am chasing my own tail ...

About a month ago my computer crashed and I needed to reinstall Windows and

In Outlook 2003, I click on the Address Book Icon, then new entry Icon to
create a new Contact. I select new conact and have it added to the Contact
list.  It accepts the entry, but when I click on the Address Book Icon it
only shows 47 entries. All the new entries I made show up ...

Is there a setting or an add-in or something that would let the autocomplete
function pull from my contacts? I'd love to be able to start typing someones
name (whom I haven't emailed before) and it give me options from my Contacts
folder.

I started my outlook express up and my address book does not have all the
folders in it. It has all contacts lumped together. I imported the wab file
that when opened in explorer is fine. The import appears to lump together.
How can I get the address book back to normal?

I synchronize outlook with my blackberry, however my contact database seem to
be corrupt. It looks good but when it trasfers to my blackberry, many of the
contacts have phone numbers and no names.
Blackberry help have done all can and have finally suggested that I look
