I have outlook 2000 SR-1. Somehow the bar on the side to quickly go to the contact by the first letter got changed to Cyrilic. I want to change it back to the English alphabet. How to change language setting in contacts alphabet sidebar in Outlook?

I lost all my contacts and now I have Outlook 2002. How can I get all my stuff back from 2005? I use 2005, but all the sudden it was all gone, and I have the 2002 version and none of my contacts nor e-mails are in it.

I've changed a friends email address very carefully twice knowing that maintaining changes has been difficult. I "saved and closed" and I clicked "apply" but when I send an email, it returns the email as unsent and keeps showing the old address.
