Im using outlook 2002 and have all my contacts lists LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME.
However, when I create a new mail message the type ahead only recognizes the
FIRSTNAME. For example: Assume I have 3 names.

When I insert or edit phone numbers, a blank character(space) is
automatically inserted in the phone number and it cannot be removed.

Outlook 2003 is not compatible w/ ACT 6.0. PRevious versions of ACT imported

I'm trying to set up a distribution list. When I select the contact names
from the window on the left, either a "." or a ";" shows in the window on the

there a way I can hide the back up folders so that I don't see them when I
