Im using outlook 2002 and have all my contacts lists LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME. However, when I create a new mail message the type ahead only recognizes the FIRSTNAME. For example: Assume I have 3 names. JONES, MARY

When I insert or edit phone numbers, a blank character(space) is automatically inserted in the phone number and it cannot be removed. Is there a way for outlook to stop this, because it creates problems when synchronizing with my mobile phone.

Running Office 2003, fully patched, on a WinXP Pro system, fully patched and all SPs. Exchange 2003 on a Win2003 Server, fully patched with all SP's. Cached Exchange mode. I go into Exchange's User admin tool and delete a user and add a Contact.

Is there html code to create a hyperlink so that a vCard is created in Outlook 03, similar to how the mailto: tag automatically creates an email when the hyperlink is clicked?

Outlook 2003 is not compatible w/ ACT 6.0. PRevious versions of ACT imported nicely into Outlook, not true anymore. How do I accurately import ACT contacts into Outlook 2003 accurately, and w/o porblems of duplicating,etc?
