I am trying to send info to PTSA members. The list is large and it gets
rejected thinking I am sending SPAM or a virus

I have just installed Windows XP.  This is not upgrade. I had to install
Office XP and I imported .pst file. My contact lists are there. But I don't
see when I am trying to send a mail.  I have tried tools/e-mail
account/change address. The contacts are in a file named contacts ...

I am trying to create several different mailing lists from my contacts.  I
cannot get an address list, only a phone list.

I am trying to copy and paste a list of email addresses into a distribution
list.  Is this possible?

When I open my contacts, it defaults to my main contacts.  I want to have it
open one of my sub-lists of contacts listed under Contacts in heirarchy.
How do I do that?
Also, how do I access the email addresses of contacts not in the

I purchased a new computer and installed Office 2003. My old computer also
had Office 2003. I copied the pst file from the old computer to the new one.
Under personal folders I can see contacts in a spreadsheet type listing.
However I cannot open or see the contacts when I click ...

For a user who has received a new laptop, I moved his Outlook data (e-mail,
contacts, etc.) via as PST file.  All of his contacts show up in Outlook 2003
on his new computer, and distribution lists contain their appropriate
contacts.

I generally sync my cellphone with pc using outlook 2k.
But I have noticed that this communication is losting data.
In the phone I have 4 residential numbers, 4 commercial numbers, 4 cell
numbers and 4 e-mail accounts. All in one contact only.

We have several different lists we need to keep updated.  I believe outlook
could do this for us if we categorize each client, but we need to be able to
do mailings both e-mail and U.S. mail.

Can I export a contact distribution list via email?

Office 2003...I cannot get Contacts into my drop down menu on the "Show names
from the" area.  I read the other postings and clicked on the Contacts folder
properties and it seems my area to enable is greyed out. Any ideas?
