I use Office 2003 and Win XP Professional. Is there a way to omit or suppress the automatic insertion of the area code for local telephone numbers for Contacts. I would like to do this so that when I export a vcf file from my computer to cellphone the local area code

I have a client who has Office XP and when they go to create a new email and they click on the "To:" button, an error is reported with the contacts, and they need to select the second "contacts" option from the top right of the page "Show names from" section.

Last weekend we've switched from a 2000 SBS server to a 2003 standard server. To save time, we haven't installed our client from scratch. Instead we took our clients out of the old domain into a temporary workgroup and afterwards put them in the new domain.

previously i was able to get the full address of my contacts while composing or forwading mail whenever i press first 3 character of the contact but since last week i was not able to get the same. i have to type full address of the contect. contects are still in my contact list.
